You pick your own ingredients from a variety of stuff (great mushroom selection), hand it over to the staff, pick a broth and spiciness level (be aware, it’s really spicy if you are not a regular spicy-eater) and then basically wait for your soup to get cooked. What you should know: It’s self-service. The staff is very friendly. It’s probably not the cosiest place you’ve been to. The labelling of allergens is - like most German places - a catastrophe. My boyfriend ist gluten-intolerant and didn’t have any issues after eating their soup, but if you really are coeliac I would be very careful. And last but not least: If you are like me and your eyes are often bigger than your stomach (and your purse), be aware of this place 😂 Or let someone more responsible choose your ingredients 😋
